Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to the original packaging.
Drop Off or Schedule
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items through our carrier partner.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
